Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
ZapShop does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for standard returns.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking information.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
